Alexandros Papanaoum

Hey there! I'm Alex—and for the past 7+ years, human behavior is one of my big loves in life.


I have been in the Peak Performance & Behavior Change Coaching business for multiple years and coached hundreds of people in changing habits.


I have also earned numerous certifications in coaching and multiple behavior change techniques because I believe in lifelong learning. My research interests include Bridging the Intention-Implementation gap, untangling unhelpful habits, biohacking and the relationship between Well-being and Peak Performance.
